Paul Rudd has revealed he trained non-stop for 12 months to prepare for 2015's Ant-Man, getting down to a lean seven per cent body fat.
The 53-year-old spoke about his intense training regimen at the Australian premiere of the film's sequel Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania in Sydney last Thursday.
He was asked by entertainment reporter Justin Hill why Marvel fans hadn't yet seen him naked in previous movies.
