Chris Brown issued a groveling apology to Robert Glasper after throwing a temper tantrum online over his win at the 2023 Grammy Awards on Sunday night.

On Monday, the 33-year-old rapper took to Instagram to publicly express regret for lambasting the pianist, 44, in a series of since-deleted posts during a fit of jealousy.

In a screenshot of a message sent to Glasper from Brown, shared to his Instagram Story, the Under The Influence singer began his note by writing 'congratulations.'

'I would like to apologize if you took offense to my reaction at the Grammys. You were not the intended target and I know I came off really rude and mean,' he added.

Brown went on to reveal after doing his 'research' on Glasper, he thinks the artist is 'amazing.'

'The organization isn't doing us Blacks our due diligence,' Brown continued. 'You and I should never be in the same category… two totally different vibes and genres.'

He concluded the note by writing: 'So from one Black man to another, congratulations. Hope you are able to feed your family for life. God bless my G.'

The olive branch comes after Brown tweeted: 'Who the f*** is this?!'
