Nick Kyrgios attended his brother's bucks party just a few days after he avoided a conviction for shoving a former girlfriend to the ground. 

The Australian tennis player pleaded guilty to the incident, but last Friday a Canberra magistrate opted not to take further action and it will not be on his record going forward. 

The sportsman has remained active on social media and on Monday evening posted a photo to his Instagram story at his brother Christos Kyrgios bucks party.
