Jake Gyllenhaal is currently filming the AppleTV show Presumed Innocent and was spotted on the Pasadena, California set on Monday.
The courtroom thriller is based on the book of the same name by Scott Turow.
Gyllenhaall - who is going strong with his girlfriend of more than four years, Jeanne Cadieu - executive produces the series alongside David E Kelley and JJ Abrams.
The book was also turned into a 1990 movie starring Harrison Ford.
It tells the story of a gruesome murder that throws the Chicago Prosecuting Attorney's office into disarray when one of its lawyers is suspected of committing the crime.
