The candid interview saw the star - famed for her aerial acrobatics on tour - opened up about how she stays in phenomenal shape when on the road, with the star working out three times a day.
The star, who is a fan of cardio HIIT, yoga, Pilates and cardio kickboxing - works out in the morning, and afternoon before 'two hours of pure, psychotic cardio at night onstage' - with the star declaring: 'I have so much energy.'

While home in Southern California on her farm, the singer maintains her disciplined lifestyle, and works out every day.
She said; 'I llke being strong. I identify with my core, my intuition, and my strength. I have wide, big feet, and I joke, 'The better to kick you with.' I'm short, close to the ground, fast, and agile.'
The star, who underwent hip and double disc replacement surgery in her back last year, also detailed how she underwent a two-week program at SHA Wellness Clinic in Alicante, Spain, where she followed the anti-inflammatory Kushi diet.
This saw the star eat a diet full of vegetable, beans and whole grains, with apple cidar vinegar mixed with water at every meal.
She said: 'I was probably a bit depressed from all of the loss and I couldn't lose weight to save my life. I would work out three hours a day, eat clean, and my metabolism was a dud—I couldn't get anything started.
