'The stress of not knowing if your child is ok all the time,' she wrote. 'The long waits between ultrasounds to check if they are still alive.'

'The dread you feel if your body feels different or you have a pain here and there,' Tayla added.

'It's a constant state of happiness and worry mixed into one.'

Tayla also admitted she felt 'isolated' during her first trimester.

'Why are we told we shouldn't tell people till 12 weeks when the people we would tell are the ones we would need if God forbid anything happened,' the former reality star wrote.

'They are the people you vent to, cry to, laugh with and you will need them.'

The WAG also opened up about how anxious she'd been feeling, admitting she worries her pregnancy is less deserved than other mothers-to-be.

'Imposter syndrome is real. I feel as though this bump isn't mine or I can't have a bump because I can't be "that far along,"' she said.

'I get anxious that someone will see me in the baby section of a shop and think "why is she in here."
