The Love Island villa has been left reeling after feelings were made clear and one girl was dumped following a shock recoupling.

In scenes that will air on Thursday's episode, the Islanders gather around the fire pit for tonight's surprise recoupling and it's the boys' turn to make the decisions.

After impressing with her dance moves and dating two of the boys one of the Islanders chooses to couple up with new bombshell Claudia Fogarty, sending ripples into the villa and impacting the remaining decisions. 

Meanwhile, one boy calls himself the 'luckiest man in the world' and another says their partner is the 'kindest and purest girl' they've ever met in their heartfelt speeches.

But it's not all good news for the Islanders as one girl hears they are in a 'platonic friendship' before one girl is forced to pack her bags and leave the villa after not being picked. 

The following afternoon, as the Islanders relax and sunbathe they receive a surprise text, revealing the boys will be turning into chefs for the night.

Reading the text aloud, Casey O'Gorman reveals: 'Islanders, tonight the boys will be showing off their culinary skills as they prepare a romantic three course dinner #HungryForLove #IOnlyHaveFriesForYou.'

Later that evening, the boys head downstairs to the kitchen and decide to assign roles.

Shaq Muhammad, Jordan Odofin and Kai Fagan crack on with the cooking as Ron Hall offers to be sous chef.

Meanwhile Will Young, Casey and Tom Clare take on the role of waiters and entertainers. 

Shaq says: 'It was actually a lot of fun cooking with everyone, we all had our roles. It was mostly Will singing.'

As the girls enjoy the bruschetta starter prepared by the boys, Will fumbles his waiter role and accidentally spills a drink.

The boys then move onto cooking the main course, the girls look on as one of them questions: 'Can you guys imagine yourselves on dates with them on the outside?'

They reply: 'Yes, 100%.'

As they enjoy dessert, one couple discusses their thoughts on marriage before feeding each other chocolate covered strawberries. 

Meanwhile, one couple leans in for an unexpected cheeky kiss.

The night starts to draw to a close and most of the boys are in the kitchen cleaning up after their culinary efforts.

But Shaq isn't happy when he sees Ron not offering to help.

Calling over to Ron as he sits at the fire pit, Shaq insists: 'No seriously, come on. We're all washing up and cleaning, so can you get up and have your chat later? 

'Come and clean, we're all doing it together.'

Will Ron join the boys in the kitchen? Or will he pick chats over chores?
