Molly-Mae Hague reveals she was induced so Tommy Fury could be by her side as ... trends now

Molly-Mae Hague has revealed that she opted to be induced for her labour so that boyfriend Tommy Fury could be by her side ahead of his upcoming boxing match with Jake Paul.

The former Love Island star and boxer beau Tommy, both 23, welcomed their first child last month, before going on to reveal they'd named their girl Bambi

And in a YouTube blog detailing her birth story on Wednesday, Molly-Mae told how they made a huge birth decision so they had a 'rough understanding' of Bambi's arrival ahead of the fight.

Speaking in her video, she explained: 'The reason we decided to be induced and not let the labour come on naturally is because, like I said, we had chosen to give birth in London.

'Also, as you guys know I can't really avoid talking about it, Tommy has an absolutely gigantic fight in just a couple of weeks and through this period of life, we really just needed to have some sort of understanding of when things were going to be happening.

'We needed to have a rough understanding of when Bambi was going to be making her arrival so that I wasn't going into labour and he wasn't able to be with me...

'That would have been really bad!'

Tommy and Jake Paul are set to go head-to-head in the ring in on February 26 in Saudi Arabia.

Tommy has pulled out of the fight twice before, once with a rib injury in December 2021 and another due to visa issues in August.

In the video, Molly-Mae also explained that ahead of their decision, the couple were left surprised and unprepared after discovering the star was already 1cm dilated before the due date.

Going into detail about the birth, Molly-Mae said when she was 37 1/2 weeks along, she visited her midwife for a check-up, telling the medic that she was in lots of pain 'down there' and felt like she was carrying 'a brick'.

She then explained after an internal examination, she and boyfriend Tommy were 'shocked and unprepared' to learn that she was already 1cm dilated and the baby wouldn't make it to her due date.

The couple were then told to return to the hospital in London a few days later where Molly-Mae was to be induced following their decision.
