The comedian, who was recently spotted with the mother of one of his other children, shares twin sons Zion and Zillion, aged one, and daughter Beautiful Zeppelin, aged three months, with the social media personality.
Cannon wore a blue hoodie underneath a black overcoat while spending time with his partner.
The former host of America's Got Talent also donned a loose-fitting pair of pants and a pair of high-top leather shoes.

Her gorgeous brunette hair was cut short and paired well with the dark tone of her outfit.
Cannon and De La Rosa initially met in 2021 and began their family with their twins' arrival, which occurred that June.
The comedian was previously married to Mariah Carey from 2008 until 2016.
The pair welcomed a son and daughter named Moroccan and Monroe, both aged 11, during their time together.
