Australian Survivor: Shaun Hampson voted off at tribal council trends now

Shaun Hampson is the 16th contestant to be voted off Australian Survivor: Heroes v Villains.

The former Carlton and Richmond player, 34, told The Courier Mail it was a 'gut-wrenching' moment as he thought he had a chance at winning the season. 

It was his second appearance on the Channel Ten show, with his first stint in 2019 seeing him booted on Day 32. 

'After last time I really wanted to win the thing,' he said on Tuesday.

'I wasn't going on to challenge myself or make my kids proud, I just wanted to
