Roman Kemp has revealed that Simon Cowell used to leave The X Factor set in order to take baths and enjoy massages.
The presenter spilled some secrets from his time on the UK talent show back in its final seasons, as he chatted to former contestant Olly Murs during his Capital Breakfast show on Thursday.
As the pair discussed Olly's move to starring on a talent show to hosting one, the singer explained that most judges are 'in the zone' when working.
But recalling an experience he had while appearing on spin-off The Xtra Factor, Roman shared that Simon was one exception to the rule as he recalled the judge heading for some pamper time during filming.
Sharing that sometimes the crew would be waiting 'three hours' for the mogul to return before they could begin filming, Olly then admitted that he remembered the antics too.

Olly discussed his role presenting talent show Starstruck, which sees Shania Twain join the judging panel for series 2 - alongside Adam Lambert, Beverley Knight and Jason Manford.
Sharing that Shania isn't the conventional judge, the Marry Me singer explained: 'Between all the takes on the show, when we’re on our breaks, we had the music of all the different judges on and she [Shania Twain] came out and was singing every night, entertaining the crowd.
