And former AFL star Shaun Hampson has opened up about his time on Australian Survivor after returning to the show for the latest Heroes v Villains season.
The 34-year-old heartthrob addressed the aftermath of being voted out of the show this week in an interview with TV Reload with Benjamin Norris.
During their chat, Shaun admitted his mental health took a greater toll than his physical wellbeing.
He previously lost 11kg off his athletic physique during his first time on Survivor in 2019, but says he packed on the pounds during the latest season.
