Emmerdale fans were left baffled on Thursday after Suzy Merton and Jacob Gallagher drove past Leyla Harding while she waved at them in the road.
The scene came after Leyla was kidnapped by her former drug dealer Callum for getting him arrested for dealing in a nightclub.
During the episode, Leyla (Roxy Shahidi) managed to escape from the secluded shed where she was being held just as her son (Joe-Warren Plant) and her pal drove past.
The duo failed to catch a glimpse of her stood in the middle of the street and viewers questioning how Suzy (Martelle Edinborough) managed to pass her driving test.
