Hollywood actor Lance Reddick passed away suddenly on Friday at the age of 60.
And soon after heartbreaking tributes for The Wire star were shared on social media.
His The Wire costar Wendell Pierce was one of the first to present his note.
Pierce tweeted out his message soon after learning of his friend's death. 'A man of great strength and grace,' said the actor wrote in a heartfelt message.
'As talented a musician as he was an actor. The epitome of class. A sudden unexpected sharp painful grief for our artistic family. An unimaginable suffering for his personal family and loved ones. Godspeed my friend. You made your mark here. RIP.'
James Gunn and Aaron Ginsburg also shared their notes.
