Amy Nuttall has reportedly demanded a divorce from her husband of 11 years Andrew Buchan, 44, just weeks after news of their split emerged.
The Downton Abbey star, 40, was recently spotted without her wedding ring, after her partner is said to have left the family home over Christmas to continue an affair with actress Leila Farzad, 40, who he met while working on the BBC series Better.
In a new development, it is now said that she's keen to make the shocking split official by formerly ending their marriage and getting what she is 'entitled' to.
Andrew is best known for his role as Mark Latimer in popular series Broadchurch and married Amy in 2012, with the couple welcoming a son three years later, in 2015. The pair also have a daughter.
After being left devastated by her husband's alleged infidelity, sources tell The Sun that Amy is now taking the power back after the betrayal, while also claiming that Andrew and Leila have already parted ways.

An insider told the publication that she has 'decided to take back control' by taking the lead in divorce proceedings.
While it is unkown whether Andrew and his alleged mistress are still involved, the source claims that the pair appear to have parted ways.
But confirming that this doesn't change anything for Amy, the source said: 'She’s told him she wants a divorce anyway. She’s been publicly humiliated and the pain has been unbearable.
'She thought he was away working, when in fact he was often in hotels with Leila — once the truth emerged it was like being hit by a train.
