Beck Zemek learned a little trick that she was keen to share with her fans on Monday.
The former Married At First Bride posted a video to Instagram in which she stood in her kitchen with a roll of kitchen wrap, or Glad Wrap.
'Someone who is 50 years old told me they didn't know this, so here I am changing your life' the 29-year-old said in the clip.
'You know how cling wrap just falls out all the time? Watch this' she added, before pushing in the round, perforated cardboard tabs at either end of the box.
This created small ledges inside the tube that kept it in place as you roll out the length of wrap you need.
