Mark Wright has admitted to putting pressure on himself to stay in shape, because he's addicted to the feeling of being fit and healthy.
The TV presenter, 36, spoke to MailOnline about his fitness, explaining: 'I feel pressure in terms of myself. I'm addicted to being fit and healthy.
'If I fall off the bandwagon, which sometimes I don't mind, but I get straight back on it instantly because the feeling of feeling fit and healthy - for me there is no better feeling. It's the best feeling in the world.
Speaking on outside pressures, he said: 'I don't feel pressure in terms of what other people feel or what people think because I am who I am. But I feel pressure on myself to feel fit and healthy.'
Mark added that despite his desire to be healthy, he doesn't train with wife Michelle Keegan because she prefers a different kind of sport.
