A Married At First Sight producer has done a tell-all on Reddit that has given fans of the show rare insights behind the scenes.
During the Ask Me Anything session, viewers asked the former staffer a range of questions, from what it takes to stand out, how much editing is done and how the couples are matched.
The producer said that if you want to walk away from the series famous, you need to have a stable romance - but interfere with everyone else's relationships.
'If you want the best possible chance of getting famous after the show your best bet is to make your own relationship as boring as possible but throw yourself headfirst into other people's drama,' they wrote.
