Christine McGuinness shows off her incredible figure in tight sportswear trends now

Christine McGuinness put her incredibly toned figure on display as she documented her gruelling gym session for her Instagram followers on Tuesday. 

The mother-of-three, who turned 35 on Monday, showed off her impressive abs in a skimpy white crop top and black shorts as she worked up a sweat in the gym.

Sharing a montage of her exercise session, Christine admitted she 'can start her day' after getting in some exercise.

The star recently opened up, telling the MailOnline: 'My plan is to try to turn up for my life this year'.

And getting back to it, Christine showed off her toned abs in skintight gym wear as she headed down to her home gym for the workout. 

The star posted a montage of the different exercises she completed, including shoulder weights and handstands. 

Sharing the clips to her Story, the star put on a busty display in a video, where - trying to catch her breath - she admitted 'I'm absolutely f***ed. This one's a killer'.

Christine could be seen with her blonde locks tied up into a ponytail as she pushed on with her workout. 

In another clip she filmed herself from thne back while exercising her shoulders and penned: 'Favourite always. Strong back, soft heart'.

Finally, Christine finished off her session with a handstand.

She captioned the video: 'My chakras are aligned. Now I can continue my day.'

Earlier this week, Christine told how she's planning to take her three children abroad for their second ever foreign holiday - as she embraces life at 35.

The reality TV star, who celebrated her birthday with a cheeky Instagram video of her in a raunchy outfit complete with tassels and a cake, said she planned to focus more on her three children with TV star ex Paddy, 49.
