The Celebrity Apprentice star, 28, posted a gallery of extraordinary before and after pictures to Instagram on Wednesday to show off her weight loss.
One before snap showed Carla when she weighed her heaviest at 187kg.
She contrasted this photo with a recent photo of her flaunting her slimmed-down figure in a glittering mini dress.
She captioned the carousel of snaps with some inspiration words: 'One year ago today, I made one of the best decisions of my life. Today I celebrate my weight loss, I'm down 70kg in one year!'
