They both had high-profile romances with Jude Law, with the actor leaving Sadie Frost to pursue a romance with Sienna Miller in the noughties.
However while some may think their is no love lost between the two women, they appeared thick as thieves in new snaps shared to Instagram on Wednesday.
Sharing photos to her social media, Sadie, 57, cosied up to the younger actress, 41, as she revealed they had been filming for the new Twiggy documentary.
The mother of four looked glamorous in a leopard print suit with a black blouse, while sporting a glamorous coat of make-up with a dewy finish.
Meanwhile, Sienna looked casually cool in a grey oversized blazer and a white T-shirt, which was teamed with a pair of faded blue jeans and a necklace.

Sadie captioned the snaps: 'Fun shoot with Sienna for Twiggy documentary', she tagged the star, who despite only having one post on Instagram has £1.4M followers.
Poking fun at the situation, one fan quipped: 'Jude should be sitting inbetween!'
The two friends relationship has been documented over the years, with their relationship appearing to thaw when Sadie spoke out in support of Sienna.
When it came to light that Sienna's ex Jude had cheated on her with his children's nanny in 2005, Sadie publicly supported her, admitting she felt 'really sorry' for her.
However things appeared to hit the rocks again when Sienna and Jude briefly reconciled in 2009 as they tried to give their relationship another shot.
It was claimed that in 2010 the two women had to set up 'peace talks' following a bust-up over Jude and Sadie's three children.
