Christina Ricci, Juliette Lewis and Melanie Lynskey lead stars at Yellowjackets ... trends now

Christina Ricci, Juliette Lewis and Melanie Lynskey were looking their best on Wednesday evening as they joined the cast of their hit Showtime series Yellowjackets to celebrate the premiere of the show's second season.

The 43-year-old Addams Family star, the 49-year-old Natural Born Killers actress and the 45-year-old Heavenly Creatures star offered striking looks as they walked the red carpet at the iconic Chinese Theatre in the heart of Hollywood.

The film and television stars made up part of the primary adult cast of the Showtime thriller series, which has earned strong ratings and rapturous critical praise since debuting in 2021.

The series follows the trials and tribulations of a girls' high school soccer team whose plane crash lands in the Canadian wilderness on their way to a competition in Seattle.

The series jumps between the teen survivors of the crash and present days scenes focused on the women who were lucky enough to make it out of the forest alive. 

Christina looked stunning at the premiere with her classic little black dress.

The sleek item featured a halter collar and a sleeveless and backless design that emphasized her trim physique.

She elevated her modest 5ft1in height with a pair of tall black leather boots, and she accessorized with a large black clutch.

The Monster actress wore her raven tresses tied back in a small bun, and she sported an impeccable set of bangs that highlighted her elegantly made-up face and dangling chandelier earrings.

Juliette was attired in a modest dress made of strips of shimmering silver and gold material.

The fabric was arrayed in horizontal stripes with occasional diagonal departures, and she matched it perfectly with pointy-toed silver boots. 

Melanie was all business when she hit the red carpet in a blazer-style dress with a single gold button.

The item had a lovely seafoam color and intriguing peaked lapels. The New Zealander actress put on a busty display with a sizzling black lace bustier underneath, and she rocked gold open-toe heels and a complementary gold handbag. 

Also making a splash at the premiere was Elijah Wood, who has previously worked with both Christina and Melanie. 

He starred with the former in Ang Lee's acclaimed drama The Ice Storm, and he and Melanie led the thriller comedy I Don't Feel At Home In This World Anymore.

He looked dapper in a brown suit, which he wore without a tie. 

Tawny Cypress, who plays another of the crash survivors who lives long enough to make it to adulthood, wore a white backless halter dress that could have been the mirror image of Christina's look.

The creamy satin item glowed in the light, and it a gorgeous tightly pleated skirt. 

Transparent star Amy Landecker, who isn't part of the cast, rocked a sheer black striped blouse with a canary yellow blazer, slim black leather pants and contrasting white boots.

Annabelle Wallis stood out with a black sequined top and a matching skirt.

Six Feet Under star Lauren Ambrose wore a hypnotizing black dress with long sleeves and thick silver floral stitching.
