While reflecting on her future plans and hope for having children, the 33-year-old Room star made a surprising revelation about her love life and upcoming schedule, which she says is currently 'completely open.'
'I don't have a next job. I don't have a home. I don't have a partner. I don't have a plan,' she told readers, after her recent split from Elijah Allan-Blitz, who began dating in 2019, following the end of her six-year relationship to ex-fiancé to Alex Greenwald, the lead singer of the band Phantom Planet.
Ultimately, she hopes to become a mother though 'how that happens, when that happens, in what capacity' remains unknown to her at the moment.
The Sacramento native went on to explain that she is enjoying 'this period of adventure,' which includes exploring the world and going to art museums.

Larson then stated how she needs to take time to experience life before signing up for a new role otherwise fans would just see 'a copy of a copy of a copy.'
'You can’t play a character that’s based off of—I don’t know—watching documentaries and secondhand information,' the Hope Has Wings singer insisted.
Over the years, she says she has also mastered owning her own choices after realizing she has to 'live with' herself 'in a way that nobody else has to.'
'The choices I make, I have to live with, whether I regret them or not,' she explained. 'Artistically, I always understood that. But for some reason, as me, it's been totally different.'
The Golden Globe winner went on to confess that if someone were to 'follow' her 'around on set' they might think she 'really knows what she's doing' but could 'go home' that same day thinking, 'I don’t know what I’m doing.'
'I get insecure, and I think I’m not enough, or I have a hard time asking for help or speaking up for myself in relationships,' Larson admitted.
Despite helming the first female-led superhero franchise in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Larson said she nearly passed on Captain Marvel because of her nerves.
'I was scared of what would happen to me,' she said, before pointing out how a role life that could prevent her being able to live freely without constantly being recognized.
