The blonde bombshell, 32, showed off her toned abs as she slipped into an eye-catching steel blue activewear co-ord from PrettyLittleThing.

The set featured a seamless sport bra and matching gym shorts - showing off her incredibly toned physique.

The former Corrie star teamed the workout ensemble with light pink New Balance trainers and white socks.

The Mancunian beauty also sported a duffle bag to carry her gym essentials - and wore black shades.

Helen styled her blonde tresses into a low bun, leaving some tresses to frame her beautiful features.

The actress-turned-fitness-q​ueen appeared in good spirits as she was captured making her way back to the car.

The TV star rocked later a £24 black zip hoodie from PrettyLittleThing following her workout session.

It comes after it was reported the stunner is set to appear on the next series of Celebs Go Dating, five months after her split from footballer fiancé Scott Sinclair.

The TV personality parted ways with Scott in October, after 13 years together.

They share three children together Matilda, seven, Delilah, four, and son Charlie.

But now, the E4 show is attempting to 'pull out all the stops' to get Helen onboard and find love.

According to The Sun, Celebs Go Dating have put Helen 'at the top of their wish list'.
