She continued: 'Their study shows that over two-thirds of people have been scared or embarrassed to talk about their emotions whilst grieving'.

'But it is important to remember that all emotions are valid. It's okay to feel angry, guilty, frustrated or resentful following a bereavement and you don't need to downplay your emotions'.

Before adding: We want to encourage people to be honest with their feelings while grieving'.

Her beau Lewis Burton, with whom she welcomed son Lucky last year, commented:

Last year Lottie reflected on the 'scary' period after her mother's death where she struggled to find mental health support for herself and her then-12-year-old sisters, Daisy and Phoebe.

She was was just 18 when she lost her mum and three years later her sister Félicité died from an accidental overdose.

In an exclusive interview with MailOnline, she confessed it's 'shocking' that medical professionals didn't offered the family any counselling since they had spent so much time visiting the hospital in which her parent was being treated.

She said: 'We were offered nothing. I think it was shocking because my first loss was a very medical thing. My mum had cancer so we were in and out of hospital'.
