Ferne McCann has revealed her worrying health scare is actually a swollen labia.
The former TOWIE star - who is expecting her second child - took to her Instagram Stories on Sunday, where she also admitted that her second pregnancy is harder due to having 'much more pressure down below.'
Speaking directly to her cameraphone, Ferne, 32, told her followers: 'Guys, panic over! Thought that I was having a prolapse, but it turns out it's just a swollen labia.'
Her fiance Lorri Haines, who was lying in bed next to her, asked: Does anyone know what that means?' to which Ferne responded: 'Those who will understand will just get it.'
Ferne - who is already mum to daughter Sunday, five, from her relationship with ex Arthur Collins - then detailed how she's finding things this time around.

The reality star admitted: 'All jokes aside, this time round with this pregnancy, there's just so much more pressure down below, and I cannot remember it feeling like this with Sunday.'
Last week, Ferne revealed her due date and said she and her partner have a name picked out for their unborn child, if it is a girl.
Speaking during a live video on TikTok, the reality TV star answered some of her fan's questions following the latest episode of her ITVBe show, First Time Mum.
Ferne explained that whilst they haven't yet found out the gender of the baby, as they want to keep it a surprise, they did have one name in mind.
She revealed that she is due this summer and added that had already picked out a girl's name, that they were both 'obsessed' with.
