Sharon Osbourne looked in fighting form as she left Claridge's in London on Monday evening following her recent health woes.

The TV personality, 70, appeared in good spirits after enjoying an early dinner in the hotel before making her way to TalkTV to present her show, The Talk.

Sharon cut a chic figure for the evening, donning a navy blue blazer along with a pair of matching trousers. 

The former X Factor judge added height to her frame with black heels and wrapped up for the outing in a matching coat.

Also wearing a white top, the star styled her dark red locks into a stylish bob.

It comes after Sharon spoke out about her health scare for the first time after collapsing while filming the Night of Terror TV show with son Jack in December.

Appearing on TalkTV in January, the former X Factor judge revealed she was unconscious for 20 minutes before being admitted to two hospitals.

Sharon said she spent two days doing multiple tests to try to determine the cause but doctors were unable to pinpoint what triggered her to faint.

The TV star, who was appearing on TV for the first time since her collapse, said her Christmas was 'quiet', before being quizzed about her hospital dash.

Co-host JJ Anisiobi asked: 'Can you explain exactly what happened?'

Sharon replied: 'I wish I could but I can't. It was the weirdest thing - I was doing some filming and suddenly they tell me that I felt...'
