She never puts a foot wrong when it comes to fashion.

And Pixie Geldof looked effortlessly chic as she attended the Dear Frances spring launch dinner at Langan's in Mayfair, London on Thursday night. 

The model, 32, showed off her sense of style in an oversized black striped blazer as she posed for snaps at the event.

She teamed the smart jacket with a roll neck jumper and dark trousers which she wore with brown leather sandal heels to boost her height.

Pixie wore her short blonde tresses swept back in an up do and opted for a natural makeup look complete with a slick of light pink lip.

She accessorised perfectly with dangly gold earrings as she posed with Anais Gallagher at the event. 

Pixie is the third daughter of Bob and Paula Yates, who tragically died aged 41 in 2000 after a heroin overdose.

The couple married in 1986, and had Pixie, Fifi, 38, and Peaches, but tragically, history repeated itself in April 2014 when their middle child died Peaches of an overdose aged 25.

Last week Channel 4 aired a two-part documentary Paula, in which friends of the stars and collaborators reflected on Yates' rise to fame before her untimely death. 

The documentary retraces Paula's rise to fame as well as the later years of her life, following the death of her partner, Michael Hutchence.
