It's April Fool's Day so social media has been awash with celebrities trying to trick their fans with weird and wacky announcements.

And celebrity chef Manu Field, 49, hopped on this trend by advertising on his Instagram that he's launching a 'Saucy by Manu' fragrance that's inspired by his sauce range.

He posted a sultry black-and-white photo of himself with a photoshopped perfume bottle in the bottom corner of it.

The chef left the caption of the snap blank, hoping that some of his fans would fall for the badly edited photo.

While many of followers saw through the April Fools joke, others were disappointed when they realised Many wasn't actually bringing out a perfume.
