Lewis Hamiltion is known for his quirky fashion sense and love of bright colours. 

And the superstar driver didn't disappoint with his outfit choice on Saturday as he was photographed ahead of the Australian Formula One Grand Prix in Melbourne. 

He donned a colourful zip-up jacket that featured designs of different cartoon animals. 

Making the statement jacket the centre of attention, Lewis, 38, kept the rest of his outfit low-key as he wore a plain white T-shirt and blue trousers.   

To accessorise, he wore a pair of oversized black sunglasses. 

The Mercedes driver was photographed in the jacket prior to his final practice run ahead of the Grand Prix race on Sunday. 

The British driver rose to fame in 2008 when he became the first Black driver to win the F1's world driver's championship. 

Many fans in Melbourne will be hoping to meet the superstar driver, and this dream seems to be coming true for some as he was photographed taking a selfie with a young fan.
