Ellie Spence revealed her surgery plans and admitted starring on Love Island made her feel 'anxious.'
The business development executive, 25, who entered the villa as a bombshell, said she would no longer be talking about her experience on the ITV programme as it 'gave her a tight chest.'
Speaking in a new YouTube video, she explained how she felt her personality had 'shrivelled' since entering the South African villa, in a candid update.
Ellie also added that she would be undergoing cosmetic surgery on her ears because she 'couldn't stand' them.
She began: 'I'm actually getting my ears pinned back because I can't stand my ears.'
