Today host Sarah Abo stepped out in a stylishly sporty ensemble as she ran errands in Sydney on Friday. 

The 35-year-old journalist rocked a white oversized T-shirt and dark gym shorts, which showcased her athletic figure as she pounded the pavement. 

Her look was accessorised with white sneakers, white crew socks, cat-eye sunglsses and a New York Yankees baseball cap. 

She let her raven locks hang freely around her shoulders and appeared to go makeup free for the outing.

Sarah was seen chatting on her phone as she made her way down the footpath.
