But Harley Judge, now 28, was unrecognisable in a mirror selfie on Saturday as he showed off his ripped physique and huge muscles in a dramatic transformation.
His newfound gains barely fit in the arms of his T-Shirt as he displayed his gigantic biceps and quads in a very different look to his Love Island appearance.
Harley - who now owns an online coaching service with his bodybuilder girlfriend Lauren Brown - regularly competes in bodybuilding competitions.
The former grounds worker sticks to a rigid workout routine and diet, regularly posting motivational fitness updates to his Instagram feed.
