Court documents stated that the 44-year-old Sister Sister alum and the 43-year-old All American star 'entered into a written agreement regarding their property and their marriage or domestic partnership rights, including support,' according to Us Weekly.
Remaining intact is the custody agreement involving their son Cree, 11, and daughter Cairo, 4.
Tia - who has been regularly hitting the gym this year - took to Instagram on Monday with several new posts.
