Met Gala 2023: Ice Spice exudes cool in beaded white gown with dramatic train trends now

Ice Spice was looking cool as she made her Met Gala debut. 

The 23-year-old attended the 2023 bash in an exquisite, futuristic white dress that fit her like a glove as she worked her magic on the staircase with a vintage camera in hand.

Adorned with countless beads, the gown shimmered in the spotlight and featured sheer slits with nude fabric protecting her modesty. 

Ice - born Isis Naija Gaston - had her red hair styled sleek and straight with a thick, side-swept bang going across her forehead at an angle.

She worked long lashes and very glossy lips. Ramping up the glamour even further, she flaunted long baby pink nails.

Ice Spice was hand selected by Vogue editor-in-chief to attend this year's gala, TMZ Sports reported today.

The site maintained that the fashion editor wanted Spice there to spice things up in a custom-made Balmain gown.

Spice is relatively new on the hip hop scene.

She grew up in the Bronx, New York City, and began her career in 2021 after meeting record producer RiotUSA while attending State University of New York at Purchase.

 She rose to prominence in late 2022 with her song Munch.

The 2023 Met Gala has returned to the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City, with everyone from Kim Kardashian to Paris Hilton set to attend the annual fundraising event.

Since 1948, stars have ascended the majestic staircase into a very exclusive party where no selfies are allowed.

In keeping with tradition, the event will be held on the first Monday of May. It is scheduled to begin at 6:30PM EST on May 1, 2023.
