Jimmie Allen accused of rape, sexual assault and harassment by former ... trends now
Jimmie Allen has been accused of raping a former member of his management team and subjecting her to sexual abuse and harassment over a more than 18 month period in a new lawsuit filed on Thursday.
The woman in her early 20s, who was formerly employed by Allen's management company, alleges the country singer, 37, who split from pregnant wife Alexis Gale last month - first raped her in March 2021, taking her virginity.
The unnamed woman - named in the lawsuit as Jane Doe and who worked as Allen's day-to-day manager - also claims Allen would go onto to repeatedly rape her, grope her, videotape them having sex, and harass her with calls and texts even when he was on his honeymoon - reports Variety.
Allen has denied all claims and says the pair's sexual relationship was consensual.
Allen's representative told DailyMail.com: 'It is deeply troubling and hurtful that someone I counted as one of my closest friends, colleagues and confidants would make allegations that have no truth to them whatsoever.

'I acknowledge that we had a sexual relationship — one that lasted for nearly two years. During that time she never once accused me of any wrongdoing, and she spoke of our relationship and friendship as being something she wanted to continue indefinitely.
'Only after things ended between us, did she hire a lawyer to reach out and ask for money, which leads me to question her motives. The simple fact is, her accusations are not only false, but also extremely damaging.
'I’ve worked incredibly hard to build my career, and I intend to mount a vigorous defense to her claims and take all other legal action necessary to protect my reputation.
Jane Doe’s attorney Elizabeth Fegan responded that their initial demand was to meet to discuss Allen's behavior with the singer and his legal counsel to resolve the claims.
The attorney claims Allen declined with the response 'was colored with threats that his team would take steps to publicly tarnish my client' - leaving Jane with no choice but to 'protect herself' by filing the complaint.
Jane has filed a civil lawsuit against Allen, Wide Open Music and its founder Ash Bowers with the United States District Court of Tennessee.
Allen is being sued for sexual battery, assault, false imprisonment, sex trafficking and emotional distress while Bowers and Wide Open Music are being sued for gross negligence and participating in a venture engaged in sex trafficking, alongside other counts. Jane is seeking is requesting a jury trial and seeking monetary damages.
Jane began her job at Wide Open Music in April 2020 and claims that the first time she met Allen at a remote capture for CMA Summer Jam in May 2020 - that he shouted from the stage 'Are you single?'.

She also claims that he yelled her name and told her he loved her during a performance at the Ryman in 2020.
Jane alleges that he commented regularly on her appearance and asked her if she was a virgin on a phone call in May 2020.
Allen also allegedly commented loudly about whether Jane was on birth control during a studio session in front of representatives from his label, BBR Music Group
Allen was filming American Idol as a celebrity mentor at the time of the alleged March 2021 rape - the woman claims Allen started touching her leg under the table during a dinner in West Hollywood after the taping.
She told Variety: 'Suddenly, my throat closes and my heart is pounding. Jimmie is whispering to me, ‘This is going to happen, this is going to happen.'
She says she drank two glasses of winner with her meal but had no memory of getting back to her hotel. She claims she later woke in a hotel room with bleeding from her vagina and in severe pain, with no recollection of the night's events.
Allen was beside her, she claims, and said she realized her virginity had been taken, 'betraying her faith.'
She told the publication: 'I was disconnected from my body, feeling a sense of panic', she also claims Allen said:' I’ve been thinking about this for so long.’
She adds: 'He held me in place. At that point, any physical will was just out the door. I was pretty much paralyzed.'
The lawsuit reads: 'Allen sexually assaulted Plaintiff, while she was incapacitated and incapable of giving consent. She lost consciousness and awoke naked in her hotel room several hours later, with Jimmie Allen insisting she take Plan B as soon as possible.'
Jane also alleges in the lawsuit that when she left the hotel to head to the airport to fly to Florida, Allen 'grabbed her and forcibly kissed her goodbye' - whispering 'you're mine now.'
Jane said she was in pain and 'very sore' on the plane ride and that she 'couldn't register' she had been allegedly raped.
She claims when she landed for a family visit, Bowers repeatedly texted her asking her to fly back to LA to escort Allen to an appearance on Family Feud.
She returned to LA two days later as Allen appeared on the Steve Harvey game show with his wife - and claims Allen whispered in her ear backstage that he missed her.
Jane also alleges that she burst into tears and told him she 'didn't know what had happened' and didn't want it to ever happen again - and claims Allen started 'dying laughing' in response and said he 'enjoyed it.'

Jane said she felt forced into having sex with the singer for the next 18 months due to fears that if she went public with her allegations - she would not work in the music industry again.
The lawsuit states: 'Allen made clear that Plaintiff’s job was dependent on her staying silent about his conduct' - adding that Allen used his power as a client to 'recruit and entice Plaintiff to private locations, including his hotel room, home, car and event locations, where he would perform sex acts.'
The lawsuit also alleges Allen raped Jane while choking her and videotaped them having sex to 'blackmail her to stay silent'.
Jane alleged to the publication she resisted Allen during their sexual interactions and told him 'no' - and that she would cry, bleed and run to the bathroom to vomit after allegedly being forced to have sex with Allen. She alleges he failed to acknowledge her pain.
She alleges that he sexually abused her at red traffic lights as she drove him to and from business events and that he pulled up porn sites on her work computer.
It is also claimed Allen demanded Jane surrender her own and electronic devices while they were together.
