Jackie O Henderson has opened up about a difficult period in her life following her split from husband Lee after 18 years and the ongoing Covid lockdowns.
The radio host, 49, told this week's Stellar magazine that the past few years were a challenge but she now feels 'fitter, healthier and mentally stronger'.
'I can't believe how good I feel this year. I've had some sort of crazy breakthrough in my life. But I feel like I've kind of hit rock bottom to get to this point,' she said.
Jackie O explained her divorce from her husband of 18 years, photographer Lee, was one of the lowest periods of her life.
'Everything about who I usually am had been taken away. Now, it's back,' she said.
