Kroy Biermann has claimed estranged wife Kim Zolciak has an online gambling problem which has 'devastated their family financially' according to new legal documents obtained by TMZ.
The pair separately filed for divorce almost two weeks ago, with the split quickly turning ugly as they are both asking for sole physical custody of their kids, with Kroy, 37, asking for sole legal custody as well.
The latest twist in the divorce battle has seen Kroy claim Kim, 44, has shown some 'very troubling behavior', alleging she admitted to him that she has spent a lot of time and money on online gambling, which is a 'compulsion' to her.
Kroy claim's Kim's gambling problem is affecting her ability to care for their four minor children and that he is concerned for their safety and well-being.
Together the Georgia-based couple have four children: Kroy Jagger (KJ), 11, Kash, 10, and twins Kaia and Kane, nine. Zolciak also has two adults daughters, Brielle, 26, and Ariana, 21, with an ex.

This comes after Kim requested that Kroy take a drug test amid their bitter divorce.
The former Real Housewives Of Atlanta star reported that she's witnessed the football player smoking marijuana, causing her to be concerned about the safety of their four minor children when they are in his care, according to Radar.
In legal documents obtained by the publication, Zolciak states that she has serious concerns for the children's well-being and is asking for the judge to force Kroy to submit to a five-panel hair follicle drug screen.
The filing also requests that Kroy not cut or remove his hair until the screen is done. Marijuana is not legal in the state of Georgia, where the exes reside.
Asking for sole custody is an unusual move as exes often request joint custody to make the divorce smoother.
Kroy has asked for sole legal and physical custody. Kim wants sole physical custody with visitation for Kroy.
