Alison Hammond has put her Birmingham home on the market - on the very same day that Phillip Schofield quit This Morning after 21 years.
The beloved presenter, 48, has put her 700k home in Solihull in the Midlands up for sale.
The move would leave Alison free to be closer to West London, where the ITV studios are based, in case she is given more duties on This Morning.
She currently presents the Friday segment with Dermot O'Leary - as the two have filled in for Holly in the first week since veteran Phillip left the show.
And the Daily Mail has previously reported that Alison is Holly's favourite to replace him.

A source told The Sun: 'The timings are entirely coincidental but are, perhaps, telling. Alison loves that house but wants a fresh start. She’s incredibly in demand.
'It’s looking highly likely she will be asked to do more days a week on This Morning — and therefore she will be spending more time in London.'
