The actress, 47, was spotted strolling out of Nice Airport with her entourage as she headed to her hotel to relax and get away for the evening's event.
Opting for a casual ensemble, the Hollywood star donned a pair of skinny jeans that she paired with a plain black T-shirt.
Layering up, the mother-of-two donned a grey suede jacket that complemented her charcoal ankle boots.
She added to the look with a large navy handbag and accessorised with a selection of delicate gold necklaces.

Later on in the day Kate will be partnering with Cannes Film Festival sponsor L’Oréal Paris to honour female filmmakers with its Lights on Women award.
Kate serves as president and juror for the award, which sees the winner promoted across L’Oréal’s social channels and the chance to have their film screened by the brand.
In addition, L’Oréal connects the winners with advertising agencies and producers through other events.
