Wham! star Andrew Ridgeley, 60, was left heartbroken when he split from his long-term partner, Bananarama singer Keren Woodward, in 2017.

So fans were delighted when the Mail disclosed last summer that he had found love again, with super-rich divorcee and former model Amanda Cronin.

But the singer's ray of sunshine has proved sadly fleeting after Cronin, 54, revealed the pair have broken up.

She told the Mail: 'I'm grateful for the time we've had together – he's smart, funny, sexy and cool.'

Speaking at the launch party for Lisa Snowdon's book, Just Getting Started, at Langan's Brasserie in Mayfair, Ms Cronin explained: 'Andrew is such a phenomenal guy, but I don't think he's really relationship material, although he has been in a very long relationship.'

She added: 'I will get married again, and it won't be to Andrew.'
