Host of the new Binge reality show FBoy Island Abbie Chatfield has said it isn't 'a serious show'.
However, some serious conversations are being had about the show that calls out Australian men for their 'f**k boy' behaviour.
This includes one of the leading ladies of the show, Ziara Rae, opening up about the struggles she faces dating as a black woman, and how many men fetishise her.
Rae told Refinery29 Australia that she often receives comments about her race from men, with one in particular sticking with her where a man said: 'You're like Rihanna, I've never been with a black girl before'.
The 21-year-old said comments like this are 'pretty crappy' and that she would never discriminate someone because of their race or background.
