Married At First Sight star Natasha Spencer has marked two years of sobriety.
Natasha, who appeared on season seven of the reality show, offered a poignant but hopeful message in an Instagram post.
'Two years ago today I had my last alcoholic drink. But it was never about the one drink for me,' she began.
Natasha went on to say her partying would lead to 'missed commitments' and 'dangerous situations' for the reality star.
She explained it took her 'six months of trying,' before getting completely sober adding that you're never too far gone to make a change.

'I had replaced real friends with party friends, and dated the absolute worst people because that's was what I thought I deserved,' she wrote.
