Selling Sunset star Nicole Young kicked off the unofficial start to the summer in a plunging black swimsuit.

The 37-year-old Netflix newcomer showed off her ample cleavage in the zip-up one-piece look as she got ready for a Memorial Day barbeque.

The beauty showed off her slender physique in the look, which was high-cut and had cutouts that bared the sides of her midriff.

The real estate professional also flaunted her various arm tattoos, including two butterflies on her left shoulder.

She was ready for the sunshine and good times, looking great in a face of flattering makeup.

The bombshell wore her blonde-highlighted locks in an off-center part and let them flow over one shoulder.

She sizzled in a dangling pair of earrings as she enjoyed her day in a lush outdoor space. 

According to her biography on the company's official website, she studied marketing in college.

Young, who is married to husband Brandon Young, began her career as a marketing consultant before pivoting into real estate.

Nicole has worked at Oppenheim Group as a top seller since 2014, but joined the popular Selling Sunset series in season six.

Last week it was reported that Nicole began receiving 'unbearable' hate from some fans of the show.

It comes amid a feud between her and her co-star Chrishell Stause, 41.

Nicole is 'getting brutal death threats,' TMZ reported after season six episodes saw the two women butt heads.
