James Marsden shows off fit physique and strong diving form while continuing ... trends now

James Marsden showed off his fit physique and strong diving form on Monday as he continued enjoying some time off in Antibes, France.

The 49-year-old actor wore blue trunks that showed off his rippling abs and bulging biceps while standing on a diving board at Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc

The Notebook star smiled before he stepped onto the diving board and leaped into the water.

James displayed clean form as he entered the water with straight arms and his ears between his elbows.

The X-Men film franchise star also had his buff body on display on Saturday as he cooled off with a swim at Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc.

The Oklahoma native rose to fame portraying Scott Summers aka Cyclops in the 2000 film X-Men and reprised the role in the the 2003 sequel X2, and the 2006 film X-Men: The Last Stand. James also played Cyclops in a cameo the 2014 movie X-Men: Days of Future Past.

James also famously portrayed Lon Hammond in the 2004 romantic drama The Notebook.

His film credits also include: Superman Returns, Hairspray, 27 Dresses, The Butler and Shock And Awe.

James starred in the Amazon Freevee series Jury Duty portraying a parody of himself in the mockumentary.

Jury Duty premiered in April and featured Ronald Gladden, a solar contractor from San Diego, who was the only one in the courtroom unaware that everyone else was an actor during a fake trial.

'It was the wildest experience I've ever done as an actor and kind of one of the most rewarding experiences,' James said of playing a conceited version of himself as a juror.

'In this business where it really feels like there's not a lot of original work out there or original ideas, this felt like something that we've never seen before,' he added.

James also insisted that Jury Duty not become a prank show and helped create a hero's journey for Gladden.
