Kim Kardashian's secret new man! Reality star caught texting mystery guy 'Fred' trends now
Kim Kardashian may be getting back into the dating life, with the reality star teasing a new man only known by the pseudonym 'Fred' in the preview for next week's episode of The Kardashians.
The new episode - entitled Don't Want It, Don't Need It, I'm Done - features a preview for the third episode where Kim teases her potentially new man.
The preview begins with Kim, 42, - whose $600 gift basket to L.A. mayor Karen Bass was SENT BACK to her - having dinner with Scott Disick, where she tells him, 'My friends wanted me to meet someone.'
Disick then kept up the air of mystery, adding, 'Let's call this guy "Fred." Does he meet the standards?'
‘Oh he so meets the standards,’ Kim says as she’s seen in confession texting with someone who she confirms is, ‘Fred.’

A producer adds, 'Two years my a**,' likely a reference to Kim's comments on Gwyneth Paltrow's Goop Podcast in late December where she said, 'I’m taking my time. I really do want to be single for a few years.'
Still, while nothing further was revealed about 'Fred' in the preview, it remains to be seen how much more is revealed in the third episode next week.
The episode begins where the Season 3 premiere left off - with Kim Kardashian crying while talking to her mother Kris about her divorce from Kanye West.
‘I don’t want to be part of this narrative and it’s like when is this ever gonna end? Like it never will and I’m stuck with this for the rest of my life,’ Kim says, adding she was, ‘so overwhelmed.’
Kris adds that she can’t, ‘control somebody else’ adding that Kanye is, ‘doing this to himself,’ but Kim says this is affecting their four children too - North, Chicago, Saint and Psalm.
‘Of course it does. That’s the tragic part of the whole story,’ Kris insists, while Kim says through tears in confession that she still feels the need to ‘not talk about it and protect it from my kids and I always will feel that way… but like God, if people knew… I just would never do that to my kids. It just is really crazy.’
Kim tells Kris that if Kanye were to hit ‘rock bottom, that’s his journey that he needs to figure out on his own.’
‘I used to run around and call everyone behind his back and be like, “It’s gonna be OK, don’t worry, just give him another chance.” I used to spend hours and hours and hours of my days as the clean-up crew,’ Kim says.

Kris mentioned that is why she divorced him and Kim says she, ‘doesn’t have that energy anymore,’ and Kris added, ‘Nobody does, and you never deserve to live like that.’
Kim adds in confession, ‘It’s the hardest feeling, to watch someone you really loved and you have a family with, just be so different than who you knew.’
Kris mentions that she’s sure Kim and Kanye’s nine-year-old daughter North is, ‘hearing something’ about her father, ‘and maybe she won’t say it.’
Kim clarifies, ‘She actually doesn’t know, and that’s what makes it so crazy. When stuff is said, it’s a chain to my whole household - “No TV, only Apple TV!” I can’t risk Access Hollywood coming up next or anything on the news coming up with their dad mentioned and they want to watch. They still haven’t seen anything but I go into crisis mode.’
Kim adds in confession, ‘I am the one being accused for so many things and blamed for so many things and it’s really really hurtful and it sucks, but I can control how I react and if I’m a mess, my kids will see that.’
Kris says the whole family loves her so much and would do anything for her and Kim says, ‘I just hate that I bring the drama.
She adds in confession that she thinks one day her children will, ‘appreciate my silence, my understanding and my grace.’
Kris gives Kim a hug in bed as Kim jokes it feels weird to cuddle with her like this.

The episode cuts to Kim arriving to her office to work on the Dolce & Gabbana show that Kim will serve as creative director for.
‘So the Dolce & Gabbana team said they’re going to propose 60 looks from the archives that we pick, and then 20 new looks, so it’s 80 looks total, and it’s me-inspired,’ Kim tells her team.
She adds in confession that she is ‘creative directing the Spring 2023 Fashion Show in Milan,’ adding she’s coming up with the looks and the accessories, adding they will ‘reproduce the entire archives, what I pick, to resell again, and we can pick anything we want.’
Kim adds in confession that Domenico Dolce will be there next week and she wants to ‘really be prepared’ with her team, including Tracy Romulus and SKIMS creative director Kim Schraub.
Kim tells Schraub that silver is her ‘thing’ right now and she picked things she looked from the 1990s to the 2010s, adding in confession it’s a ‘big deal’ to her.
‘I do SKIMS and I’m very confident in that, but I never thought I’d have an opportunity like this, and I love challenging myself, like when I did SNL. I stepped out of my comfort zone and I wanted to prove that I could do it, and do it well,’ Kim said in confession.
She tells her team that they will have ‘less than a month’ after Domenico visits, as her team marvels at how D&G can get everything done so quickly.
One of Kim’s team members said they whipped up the looks for Kourtney’s wedding, ‘so quick,’ as Kim adds in confession that she did talk with Kourtney.
Office: The episode cuts to Kim arriving to her office to work on the Dolce & Gabbana show that Kim will serve as creative director for
‘At first it was going to be a SKIMS and Dolce deal, but we couldn’t get the product in time. I did call her and say, “Hey, the SKIMS factor is out. I’m still gonna creative direct the show.” I don’t think she knew how big of a deal this was and how big of a production this is.’
Kim tells her team that she likes this will be quick and over and Tracy mentions she does her best work under pressure.
The episode transitions to Scott Disick arriving at Khloe’s house… but Khloe calls him a ‘hacker’ because of his violent cough.
Kim is there too as Scott says he’s ‘stressed out,’ as Khloe mentions, ‘I pray you don’t do this on dates. It is what it is with me, but it’s disgusting.’
Scott mentions, ‘Why don’t we go on a date so you can see what it’s like? You get that practice and when you meet somebody…’ when Khloe interrupts him.
‘Scott, I’m just gonna be honest with you, if I went on a date with anyone that hacked the way you did, I would leave during the date, like I can’t handle that, if I’m dating someone.’
Scott points to the tea he’s drinking and says, ‘I’m trying to get rid of it for you,’ while Kim pulls up a Variety article about the show’s second season on her phone.
‘Listen to this article. It says, “This season’s first episode was set closer to the present, as Khloe reveals to the camera that she is to have a baby via surrogate, a state of affairs she had been unwilling to discuss throughout the process… re-emphasizes that what we see is what we are allowed to see.’
Kim adds in confession, ‘I like to read things to be up on what people are trying to say. Like I love getting the feedback from everyone. There was an article about Season 2 of our show that said Khloe didn’t give enough with her Tristan situation. First of all, we filmed everything, she shared everything.’

Kim mentions that people might be criticizing the fact that she opened up,’ after the fact when the baby was about to be born, instead of saying, “Hey, we’re on this journey.”’
Khloe adds that she wasn’t, ‘admitting it to myself,’ adding in confession that she may, ‘potentially have cancer on my face and I’m talking about that.’
The producer pivots and asks if Khloe is going to have surgery, and Khloe adds, ‘I do have to have a surgery and we will see how much spread and if they can get it all.’
Kim continues reading from the Variety article, stating, ‘the rapper, now known as Ye, Kim’s ex-husband, is a non-presence.’
‘OK, what do you want me to do? Send him a camera? It’s not that I’m unwilling, it’s that my ex didn’t want to be on a reality show,’ Kim tells Khloe and Scott, who says, ‘We know that.’
Kim says in confession, ‘You can’t film with someone who’s not a cast member, who doesn’t have aspirations of being on a reality show, bottom line. I talk about him. I will definitely talk about my co-parenting struggles, but from my point-of-view.’
Kim tells Khloe and Scott that when she’s dating someone and she sees a story about them, she starts to believe the hype herself.
Vulnerable: Back at Khloe’s house, Khloe adds, ‘With my surrogacy, I was so f***ing vulnerable. It was… I let people into what I was struggling with'
‘It’s hard when you start dating someone and you live your life on a reality show, so Pete and I had that conversation right away so you know what you’re getting yourself into,’ Kim said.
‘But the fans are like, “Pete’s not on the show,” and I was like, “We said that from the start. It’s not what he does,”’ Kim said.
Khloe admitted that if she was, ‘newly dating someone, I’m not gonna have them on the show though, that’s weird.’
Scott joked, ‘What else do they want? Can they see us in bed together?’ Kim adds in confession, ‘I’m not gonna meet someone and be like, pause, before we really get to a place, will you be on my show? No. And he was still on, guys. He was on at what level he was comfortable with.’
Khloe says she has, ‘no guilt’ and she shows, ‘so much about my life’ and she is an, ‘open book and I do it in a very vulnerable and good way.’
Kim adds in confession that when they started their E! series Keeping Up With the Kardashians, they were all in their 20s and it was their ‘only job’ and they didn’t have kids yet.
‘There wasn’t even social media. So for anyone to even want the same thing, now I know what it’s like when people would be like, “I want the old artist back.” No, people grow and evolve,’ Kim says.
Scott asks Kim and Khloe ’in a perfect world, what would you guys want? Would you want to keep going and everyone commit? Or would you want to put the show in a back burner, and just live your life without a camera?’
Perfect world: ‘It’s hard when you start dating someone and you live your life on a reality show, so Pete and I had that conversation right away so you know what you’re getting yourself into,’ Kim said
The question hangs for a few moments as Kim says, ‘No we love filming. We love our show. Khloe and I give.’
Scott adds, ‘I think the show is the centerpiece to the whole franchise,’ while Kim says in confession, ‘I just love doing the show because I think that I look at it as an opportunity to help other people with what they’re going through. The amount of letters that I get like, “Oh my God, you really helped me with how you managed this and how you went through this.” I love being able to show people a glimpse of our lives on a daily basis.’
Khloe jokes that no matter what show they’re on it’s the ‘same old, you and me,’ while Kim says in confession, ‘Khloe and I give real content, sharing every last detail of our lives. I talk about me wanting to lose weight and I am brutalized. I’m the f***ing face of all this criticism,’ as Scott tells them that, ‘this isn’t anything new.’
Kim continues in confession that she thinks the show is, ‘what made us,’ and she’ll always, ‘want to give it my all and give it everything I can.’
Scott says he’s ready to go but they never call him, as Khloe jokes he should put a wig on and become a Kardashian sister.
The episode cuts to Kourtney, who is doing a photo shoot for Wall Street Journal Magazine.
‘I’m so excited because we’re doing so much, getting ready to launch Lemme, which is my vitamin and supplement brand,’ Kourtney says.
They show a flashback to November 2021 where Kourtney and friend/Lemme partner Simon Huck are discussing certain flavors.

‘I wanted taking vitamins and supplements to be something that people can look forward to every day, instead of like a chore,’ Kourtney says in confession.
Other flashback shots reveal that the packaging could be reusable and they don’t use any new plastic with the boxes.
She adds the core of the brand is ‘fun’ while other flashback shots with Kourtney, Simon and their other Lemme partner, Nir Liberboim, discuss a product that Simon says is, ‘the cleanest vagina gummy ever developed.’
Nir adds that it has, ‘pineapple extract’ while Simon says, ‘It actually makes your vagina taste sweeter.’
Another flashback shot from November 2021 shows Simon saying how Kourtney has wanted to do this for five years, but she adds, ‘when the energy in your life isn’t right, it’s hard to do something. The timing is perfect.’
She adds that other incarnations of Lemme were just, ‘deals with other brands,’ but Lemme is her own brand, ‘which felt overwhelming in terms of ingredients and making sure the quality is good, but that seems like a much harder task to take on.’
When asked if anything about this new venture ‘scares’ her, Kourtney says, ‘People are also really critical of us, specifically, so what if they tear apart the packaging? The price?’
When asked how this took five years to happen, and what is ‘underneath’ the brand’s origins, Kourtney said, ‘I think it was the pressure, mostly from Kim, like, “What’s your business? I have my thing and then it’s like, well what’s yours?’

Kourtney adds in confession that her and Kim are 18 months apart, ‘so we definitely grew up more competitive, although I have let that part go, I’m not sure she has.’
‘I like to rage against the machine and just not do what everyone’s asking of me or expecting of me,’ Kourtney said, adding in confession, ‘I felt true to myself, taking my time, and not just rushing it just to get it out or on someone else’s agenda. Timing is everything. Being in a happy, healthy relationship was a big part of it.’
‘I’ve never had an easier time creating something. I think I’ve gotten to like a good work-life balance too. I’m building something that my kids can be proud of and be a part of. It just feels like what I’m supposed to be doing,’ Kourtney said.
