Poh Ling Yeow rose to fame on Australia's MasterChef. 

And now the 49-year-old celebrity cook has shared a secret diary of recipes she used while appearing on the show's Back to Win season, in 2020.

Taking to Instagram on Wednesday, Poh posted a photo of the notebook showing a lengthy list of dishes and ingredients, written out in her own handwriting.

The reality star captioned the story: 'A page from a notebook of ingredient lists I’d committed to memory for @masterchefau Back To Win.'

Poh's notes include ingredients and recipes for pineapple prawn curry, flourless chocolate cake with brandy and lemongrass chicken.
