The TV personality, 33, shared a kiss with his new bride on the steps of Chelsea Registry Office after they exchanged vows in a short service.
Andy popped the question to his love in a romantic beach proposal in July 2020.
And the newlyweds beamed with happiness as they emerged from the venue before being showered with confetti by their delighted guests.
Andy cut a dapper figure for is big day, donning a smart navy linen suit with a matching tie and crisp white shirt.

The bride carried a posy of white and pink peonies and completed her wedding look with a smattering of delicate gold jewellery.
Andy, who starred in Made In Chelsea for three years between 2012 and 2015, couldn't keep his hands off his gorgeous wife as he kissed her on the cheek outside.
The pair then posed for a number of pictures with their loves ones.
After capturing their special moment, the newlyweds then drove off in a Jeep Wrangler decorated with ribbons.
It's thought the pair will later throw bigger gathering in Europe to celebrate their nuptials.
