Britney Spears fans claim Kevin Federline is moving to Hawaii to extend his ... trends now

Britney Spears fans have made wild claims that Kevin Federline is moving the former couple's two sons to Hawaii in a bid to extend his child support payments from the singer.

Federline, 45, has sole custody of Sean Preston, 17, and Jayden, 16, and plans to relocate from LA with his children and wife Victoria Prince in August - which Spears, 41, has consented to.

Now fans are making bizarre claims on social media that Federline's move is timed due to his child support (which was $20,000 a month with Federline demanding an increase in 2018 although the exact amount is not known) about to stop for Sean when he turns 18 in September. Jayden will turn 18 in September 2024.

Child support in Hawai'i is ordered for children up to the age of eighteen (18), and up to age twenty three (23) if the child is enrolled full-time in an accredited college or university, or in a vocational or trade school. There is no evidence to support the wild fan theories.

Another typed: 'Kevin desperately wanting to move to Hawaii is definitely child support related.'

Another referenced Federline being sued by a private Christian school for unpaid tuition fees to the tune of more than $15,000, with one writing: 'Kevin Federline gets sued for not paying for the education of his kids and then decides to move to Hawaii where he can apply to get child support until Britney’s boys are 23.

'It is painfully obvious Britney is still trapped and will be as long as so many people depend on her $$.'

DailyMail.com has contacted representatives for Kevin Federline and Britney Spears for comment.

This comes after a source exclusively told DailyMail.com the pop icon has 'always been a loving and supportive mother' and has never opposed the plan for her sons to relocate - despite Federline threatening court action over an alleged failure to respond from Spears to the relocation request.

The source said: 'Britney loves her children, has always supported them, and wants them to be happy.

'Putting aside that she is an icon, loved and respected by millions throughout the world, she has been a loving and supportive mother, faithfully supporting her children.'

The source also slammed Federline for creating a 'false dispute' when Spears has never interfered with his plan to move their children to Hawaii.

Federline is being sued by a private Christian school over alleged unpaid fees of more than $15,000, reports Page Six.

Federline and wife Prince have had a civil lawsuit filed against them by the unidentified California college-preparatory school in the Los Angeles Superior Court on May 9 - claiming the couple 'have an outstanding balance of $15,593 for their daughters Jordan and Peyton’s schooling.'

In court documents obtained by the publication, it is alleged Federline and Prince  breached a contract signed on August 1 2018 'by failing to pay for services which had been provided on credit at their special instance and request.'

The school also claims it previously demanded payment but that Federline and Prince allegedly 'failed and refused' to pay and still 'fail and refuse to pay all or any part of the remaining balance due.'

The school is also asking for 10 per cent interest per annum from May 26, 2019 and attorney fees, in addition to the $15,593.

DailyMail.com contacted a representative for Kevin Federline for comment.

This comes after Federline gave ex Spears a deadline to approve his plan to move their sons to Hawaii - or threatened to go to court to get a judge to sanction the move.

Federline's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, told TMZ he had asked Spears' lawyer, Mathew Rosengart 'several times' to send a letter or email stating the popstar is 'okay with the move' but he has not received anything.

Kaplan said Federline plans to move August 1 and has to sort accommodation while his wife  has a
