Erika Jayne cut a defiant figure with her chin firmly up when she was spotted stepping out in Beverly Hills on Friday.
The 51-year-old has spent years dogged by scandal after her explosive split from her husband Tom Girardi, 83, amid his embezzlement allegations.
However Jayne, who has staunchly repudiated accusations she was complicit in her ex's alleged wrongdoing, appeared plucky and secure this week.
Cutting a casual figure in black workout gear, she shielded her eyes with a large pair of sunglasses and swept her trademark platinum hair into a high bun.
Her latest sighting comes after she denied that she is dating the recently-arrested lawyer Jim Wilkes II, whom she was seen with in Las Vegas last Sunday.

A representative for Jayne denied any romance between the pair and informed DailyMail.com that Wilkes is 'just her lawyer and family friend for over 20 years.'
The RHOBH star - whose disbarred attorney ex Girardi, 83, was recently indicted for allegedly stealing $18million from clients - stepped out at Caesar's Palace with Wilkes, 72, this past weekend.
At the moment Wilkes is facing criminal charges after firing two shots inside his house during a domestic dispute with an unknown woman last month.
When she was glimpsed out with him, Jayne, who is in Sin City ahead of a residency at the House of Blues, looked stylish in a graphic print sweater.
She teamed the top with red latex leggings and stiletto heels as she strolled with Wilkes - who was a long running associate of her ex Girardi.
Wilkes, who specializes in suing nursing homes on behalf of abused residents, looked cool in a leather jacket, tee and jeans as he walked beside Erika in the photo obtained by Blonde Hair Black Heart podcaster Blake Adam Sunday..
There is confusion around Wilkes' marital status - he filed for divorce from his wife Jessica Collins in March 2021 but posted a photo with her on Tuesday, showing the pair cozying up and captioned: 'My wife and me. Having a nice moment.'
The US Sun reports he was been helping Erika with her financial woes amid the divorce and allegedly sent her almost $500,000 according to court documents.
